Junta forces are bombing areas along the Irrawaddy near the Sagaing-Kachin border as resistance groups attack a resupply flotilla believed headed for contested Bhamo.
Displaced villagers, told they could return after a year’s occupation, made the grisly find when they tried to clean up the mess the regime left behind.
